Bass River Motel

Had a great stay at Bass River Motel. Stayed 9/7-9/8. Wish I booked all of my trip here. Very affordable. Room was neat and clean as well as grounds. Owners were very accommodating, good people. We will return again next year or maybe sooner. Very good location too, convenient to lots of things to do and places of interest. Loved it! Hope pool will be open when we come next year.

Great experience here! would definitely come back. the staff was very nice and welcoming and the rooms were very clean, didn't find any dirt or mess, (which I was kind of expecting). it's close to all the shops and restaurants and also mini golf. free wifi, microwave and mini fridge were included

The Bass River motel was a great place to stay. The host J was very kind and conservative. The rooms were spacious with a refrigerator, n microwave. Very clean with no bugs. The only bad thing was no pool, but the price was great. I stayed there 3 nights for the price of one night at a motel down the street. I’ll be back for sure.

My family just retuned from spending the weekend there. When we pulled up we were admittedly a little nervous with the rundown look from the outside. However, we were very pleasantly surprised by the inside. It was small but cozy and most importantly it was clean. For the price we plan in starting with them again in our next visit.

The lady that runs the place and her husband are great people, my husband unfortunately had to be rushed to the hospital and i had to extend my stay by two night's they treated me very well. Also made sure that nobody bothered me as I have multiple sclerosis and was a girl alone in a motel Room with nobody to really help me if I needed it .I would definitely recommend this place. It's clean also its in the center of everything you would need. Also tons of fun things for the kids to do nearby as well.

Nice rooms, nice area and close to a great diner! Found an old receipt from over a month ago in the drawer, so not sure how clean it was. Also, the ac unit was duct taped into the window. That being said, we felt safe and slept well.

I have stayed here a few times before shifting base to the Cape. In fact when my distant family visits, I make sure they stay here. Very reasonably priced and great owners. I would recommend the hotel to others. Clean and adequate. The only downside is no pool, but this is the Cape for crying out loud. Go to the beach!

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and we just checked out. Overall, we’re very happy with our stay and it’s good for the money. First off, the fact that the check in age was only 18 was a HUGE help to us since we were very limited to our options since we are under 21. The staff is very friendly and informative, the owner/manager gave us a few ideas for activities and she was extremely nice and made sure we enjoyed our stay. For the price you pay, the Bass River Motel is wonderful. It’s a wonderful location with great people and they do housekeeping daily. It’s a little outdated, but then again, for the price, it’s worth your money. Our only complaint was that the sheets were kind of rough and the bathroom could really use some new features and some deep cleaning. The carpet could also use some more vacuuming as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we would come back again.
